Great American Smokeout – November 20, 2025

General

The Great American Smokeout is Thursday, November 20—a day to take the first step toward quitting smoking or vaping. Commercial tobacco remains a leading cause of preventable illness in Wisconsin, but quitting brings immediate and long-term health benefits. Even one day without tobacco can lower risks for cancer, heart disease, and stroke, while improving overall well-being.
