PROVIDER BIO:
Simone Ninham, MSW, APSW, is a dedicated psychotherapist beginning her experience in clinical practice. She brings a strong foundation of experience in case management, having worked extensively with Native populations in both urban and rural settings. Her work has focused on supporting individuals navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses, fostering culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, followed by a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay with a Clinical Mental Health emphasis. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

Simone is an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation and is also Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) from Red Lake, Minnesota. She maintains a strong connection to both cultures, which informs her therapeutic approach and commitment to serving Indigenous communities. Simone enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, and attending concerts. She is passionate about building therapeutic relationships that empower clients on their healing journeys.
