Patient Account Representative Supervisor

Prior to joining Oneida Behavioral Health as the Patient Account Supervisor in August 2024, Crystal worked as the Office Manager in Dental for two years and a Patient Account Representative for ten years.

As a supervisor, her goal is to ensure that patients are receiving the quality of care they need. Crystal attended the College of the Menominee Nation.

Crystal has three children, two grandchildren and two dogs. She enjoys going to car shows, bringing her dogs to the dog park or playing fetch with them in the back yard, beadwork, watching sports and movies and spending time with family when she can.
