Provider Bio:
Heather began her career as a traveling therapist working in many different locations throughout Wisconsin. While doing this, she found her passion for working with patients in skilled nursing facilities and has continued working in this type of setting for most of her career. She began working for PRN Home Health and Therapy in 2016, when she started working at Anna John Resident Centered Care Community as an inpatient therapist. In 2020, she was promoted to Rehab Coordinator, which she thoroughly enjoys, as it allows her to work with the entire team coordinating the care of her patients.
