Pharmacy

Pharmacy provides services of filling prescriptions. A full team of Registered Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Registration and Clerk personnel are utilized to service the pharmacy needs.

Controlled Medications (pain medications, narcotics, attention deficit, etc.)

These types of medication will only be filled between 9:30am and 4:30pm by Oneida Pharmacy. Patients may drop off prescriptions outside these times, but will then be asked to return to pick up the prescriptions between 9:30am and 4:30pm the following business day.

Refilled prescriptions

Call (920) 869-4960 Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
OR
Call (920) 869-4970 for the automated system.  This is available 24 hours per day/7 days per week, via the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.

Due to the large volume of prescriptions that are filled, please allow 2 business days from the time of your request.

Notice – The automated system has a call-back feature that will call you when your prescription is ready for pick up.  If you do not want a call-back, please contact the Pharmacy personnel to inactivate the no call-back feature.

Eligibility for Pharmacy Services

Pharmacy services may be provided to individuals with a valid prescription from any Oneida Comprehensive Health Division provider and/or outside provider. Refer to Eligibility for services.

If OCHC Pharmacy DOES NOT Carry your Prescribed Medication

If OCHC Pharmacy does not carry your prescribed medication and it is deemed medically necessary, it may be obtained through an authorization from Purchased Referred Care (PRC), for PRC eligible patients. The Oneida Pharmacy will follow its requirements for Purchased and Referred Care (PRC) coverage and/or insurance coverage to obtain the prescription and/or refer you to an outside pharmacy contracted by the Oneida Comprehensive Health Division based upon PRC eligibility and authorization.

Freedom of Choice for Oneida Comprehensive Health Division Pharmaceutical Patients

Individuals seeking care at any Oneida Comprehensive Health Division facility are not obligated or required to utilize the Oneida Comprehensive Health Division Pharmacy. Individuals are free to obtain their prescriptions at any pharmacy.  Individuals who choose to take their prescriptions to other pharmacies will be responsible for any charges associated with that prescription.
