Tiffany Dahlke, MSN, FNP-BC.  Tiffany earned her Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Family Practice from Marian University. She has experience from Brown County as she completed medical clearance for patients. Prior as an RN she has worked at Bellin Health in an outpatient family practice and inpatient on the float team for a total of seven years. Tiffany is married to her husband Coltin and has one child, a son Jasper.  As a family they enjoy spending time together in the Northwoods, fishing, swimming, taking boat rides, and evening campfires. Tiffany’s passion is providing high quality patient care to all patients who desire diabetes care and support.
