Stanchik, Kevin Eric

Kevin Eric Stanchik, a loved brother, cousin and friend died unexpectedly on Saturday December 26th, at his home in Appleton Wisconsin. Kevin was born in Green Bay Wisconsin on October 10th 1970 to Donald and Evelynn Stanchik (Steinfeldt) He Graduated from Southwest High School. Kevin spent the majority of his career working in the concrete industry. He loved driving concrete trucks and pouring concrete. He was known for being a “Master concrete pourer”. Kevin Loved to play video games on his off time and he made many friends while playing online. He enjoyed spending time with family and was a pretty good prankster. He loved getting prank gifts and indulging in any kind of laugh he could. Kevin spent the last 2.5 years getting close to his family in the Appleton area and bringing his life closer to God. Kevin was very vocal about his love for Jesus Christ and how God has made such a change in his heart and life. Kevin was a good man and always wanted to help wherever he could. He would give the shirt off his back for anyone he loved, even to a complete stranger. Kevin and his cousin Rick Weihbrecht were more than just cousins, they were best friends. Kevin would call Rick every morning like clockwork. He spent a lot of time with Rick’s family and to them was known as “Uncle Kevin”. Kevin was loved for his generosity, friendship and caring personality.

Kevin is survived by his siblings: Sheree Lewis, Mark Stanchik (Rosie Stanchik), Donald Stanchik JR and Terrie Drury; nieces and nephews: Sarah Plouff (Matt Plouff), Zechariah Stanchik, Brittney Roes (Johnny Roes), Grayce Cornell (Waylon Cornell), Drew Drury, Nicholas Beauchamp, Kayce Murphy (John Murphy), Erika Drury and Lovey Stanchik; special cousin and lifelong best friend, Rick Weihbrecht and wife Kelly and their children: Ryan and Kayla Beardsley (Marleigh, Iris, Ricky and Charlie), Cody Weihbrecht and Jeanette Castor (Robert, Emma and Michah), Jake Weihbrecht and Amanda Wright (Kayden) and all of the dogs: Piper, Patoo, Willow and Teddy (Kev’s favorite); and many other cousins, great nieces and nephews.

Kevin was preceded in death by his Parents, Donald and Evelynn Stanchik; brother-in-law, Kevin Drury; grandparents: Josephine Steinfeldt, Adam and Evelyn Stanchik.
