Yukwalihwaˀshúha – Cycle of the Ceremonies

There was a time in our past where our ancestors forgot how to treat one other and war became a common occurrence. A messenger was sent here at that time and brought the cycle of ceremonies. Reciprocity via ceremony is our way to intimately pay tribute to the natural world all year round. In this class you will learn about the origin and what ceremonies are held in our Oneida Community.
