Cardio kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories with this fun and challenging workout. Cardio kickboxing with Kari Merrill will be held Aug. 3 + Aug. 10.
Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. This high-intensity, interval training-based workout with Katie DuBois will be held on Aug. 17 + Aug. 24.
Classes are recommended for ages 14 and older. Bring a towel + water bottle and come prepared for an outdoor workout.
