The new law highlights various areas for OBC Meeting conduct, behavior and responsibilities.

Three main highlights of the new law:

2. Responsibilities of OBC Meeting Attendees: All attendees including the BC members are expected to treat each other with respect and kindness.

3. Removal of Disorderly or Disruptive Person: The presiding Chairperson may designate an individual to serve as the sergeant-at-arms for OBC meetings to oversee the security of the meeting and to ensure the safety of all present.
