Update: Bomb like device found at Oneida Community Health Center

The Oneida Health Center re-opened at noon. Appointments will be accepted as scheduled afternoon, morning appointments missed this morning will be rescheduled. The Oneida Police Department has authorized clearance. The device was discovered not to be a bomb, but was an electronic radio device left by custodial that had altered wiring which appeared to be suspicious. The Oneida Health Administration thank the entire clinic staff and Oneida Police Department for their fast response to secure the safety of everyone involved.

The Oneida Health Center is currently closed for an emergency.  A bomb like device has been detected in the facility. Oneida Police is on the property , the property is closed until further notice.  Please do not go there and advise others they will be closed until safe re-opening is authorized.  Call ahead to ensure they have been re-opened, or reschedule your appointments.
